You will be responsible for counselling these enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, by email & in person. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:  * Closely monitor and consistently follow up with students by maintaining a good relationship with them * Ensure accurate information is given to students * Maintain accurate details of each student and ensure that their information is kept up to date * Successfully accomplish the targeted number of applicants each time or going above and beyond set expectations * Able to handle conflicting and tough situations in a composed manner * Other related tasks as required by the business Skills and Attributes Required * Be customer-centric and can work in a cross-cultural environment * Excellent organisational skills to deliver reports and feedback from all marketing initiatives in a timely and informative manner * Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, interpersonal * Demonstrated team player * Possess competent knowledge of relevant computer skills
