ABOUT THE JOB Blue Bottle Coffee is looking for a talented and passionate Supply Chain Specialist to join our Blue Bottle Korea team. As the Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, and elevating Blue Bottle’s ability to share delicious coffee experiences with more guests nationwide. This is a highly integrated and connected position and will require your collaborative skills to ensure success with stakeholders across our Cafe, E-commerce and CPG channels. YOU WILL Product Collaboration Manage New Product Collaboration and global events, overseeing both imported and domestic items in alignment with channel launch plans and business guidelines Lead import feasibility assessments and manage NPD (New Product Development) order history and comprehensive readiness checklists (e.g., labeling, documentation, and communication) Engage in package development and preparation to support channel growth and identify cost-efficiency opportunities (e.g., assembly, new item packaging) Trading Facilitate import/export operations to support global collaboration and specific channel requirements including key global events and etc. from a logistics perspective Inventory & Cost Management Perform and support closing processes, including spend closing and inventory reconciliation.
