The TA Coordinator is an entry-to-mid-level member of the Human Capital team responsible for supporting the operational backbone of the company's recruiting function. This role is responsible for recruiting entry- and mid-level positions, including university and early-career partnerships, and owns the full coordination infrastructure that supports all open requisitions: job postings (internal and external), ATS management and reporting, interview scheduling, candidate communications, background screening for all new hires, and pre-hire onboarding handoff.
