What You’ll Do: * Own the end-to-end candidate lifecycle logistics, managing clear communication and scheduling across virtual and in-person interviews. * Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, ensuring candidates are informed, supported, and updated at every step of the process. * Partner with hiring teams across multiple time zones to align schedules, optimize interview flows, and maintain steady hiring momentum. * Develop and customize candidate messaging templates and resource guides to ensure clear, impactful, and professional communication. * Identify process improvements using proactive problem-solving to streamline coordination workflows and daily operations. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree (required). * Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and candidate-focused approach. * Proven problem-solving ability, adaptability, and proactive initiative. * Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated commitment to collaboration and teamwork. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience or exposure in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or administrative coordination is a plus. * Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Meet) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse. * Demonstrated ability to analyze coordination challenges and implement practical solutions. The base salary range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer. A discretionary bonus may be awarded in recognition of individual and company performance.
