POSITION SUMMARY The company (ATG) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to strategically lead the Talent Acquisition function. This role combines hands-on team leadership with systems ownership: you will manage and coach a team of recruiters while designing, configuring, and continuously improving the ATS environment — including pipelines, sourcing/CRM workflows, requisition and approval processes, scorecards, reporting, and integrations with UKG Ready and other HR systems.
