Job Title: Talent Operations Associate Location: India  Department: Talent Operations   Reports to: Global Talent Operations Lead     Job Summary:   We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Operations Manager to oversee and manage our Talent Operations initiatives. This role will play a critical part in shaping our recruitment processes, systems, and strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement of talent acquisition operations.      Key Responsibilities:      * Assist with the development and implementation of talent operations strategies to support business objectives.   * Lead and contribute to various talent acquisition projects from conception to execution, managing timelines and resources effectively.   * Collaborate with regional talent teams and the People Systems team to optimize recruitment workflows and technology resources.   * Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within talent operations.   * Leverage technology and analytics to drive efficiencies and enhance the candidate experience.   * Collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and build solutions.   * Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.      Skills Required      * Technologically adept and able to grasp system changes quickly   * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with varied teams   * Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and track progress.
