NMI is looking for a motivated and experienced Internal Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 13-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity leave cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a hands-on role in shaping our teams during a period of continued growth. The primary focus of this role will be recruiting for our global Support, Sales and Marketing organisations — critical functions that keep NMI's partners and customers at the heart of everything we do. Alongside this, you'll have the opportunity to recruit across multiple lines of business, giving you broad exposure to the variety of talent needs across the company. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong sourcing instincts, and can hit the ground running. Whether your background is in agency recruitment, in-house talent acquisition, or a blend of both — if you're passionate about finding great people, we'd love to hear from you. This is a 100% remote opportunity for candidates based in the United Kingdom. While there is no requirement to work from an office, team members are always welcome to visit our Bristol office for in-person collaboration, internal events, holiday parties, and other opportunities to connect with colleagues. Please note: This is a fixed-term contract position (13 months). The benefits package for this role differs from those offered to permanent employees and is outlined below.
