ROLE SCOPE * Own the systems the talent team runs on: ATS configuration, workflows, SLAs, and reporting. * Build automation across scheduling, referral intake, and candidate scoring so recruiters spend their hours on candidates, not admin. * Own hiring data: pipeline dashboards, funnel metrics, and the weekly numbers leadership runs on. * Run process changes end to end: design, document, roll out, enforce. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * The below is a starting point.
