We pride ourselves on promoting talent when we see it, and work with each professional to define what success means for them.”       Your primary responsibilities will include: * Investment bookkeeping for trusts and estates * Preparation of trust and estate tax returns * Preparation of capital dividend elections * Preparation of T4 and T5 slips * Preparation of personal tax returns * Preparation of the election forms * Preparation of responses to CRA processing review and audit requests * Assist with calculations as needed A successful candidate will have: * 2-3 years prior tax season experience (minimum) * 2-3 years public practice accounting experience (minimum)         * Entrepreneurial mindset with commitment to client service and teamwork * Strong desire and dedication to work, learn, and thrive in a fast passed, innovative, and dynamic environment * Excellent communication and analytical skills * Self-motivation and a strong work ethic with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters * Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills What you bring to the table: * Collaborative, curious and innovative mindset * Commitment to excellence with a people centered mentality * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively to resolve client issues * Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong work ethic and attention to detail What's in it for you?
