ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a TechSupport Engineer based out of our London office. This is a hybrid role - 4 days per week on-site and one day working from home. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Device lifecycle management: assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping * Office IT support: provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our London office * AV support: ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably * End-user support: handle inbound support requests and be a friendly first point of contact for the team * Onboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners * New IT projects: contribute to Tech Ops initiatives * Automation and tooling: build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work * Documentation: write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides WHAT YOU BRING * A friendly, end-user focused attitude.
