You'll be the person colleagues turn to when something isn't working, they need access to a tool, or they're getting set up for their first day. Day-to-day support will be the core of your role. Alongside helping people get unstuck, you'll spot recurring problems and improve the systems behind them, making our systems easier to use and manage as we grow.
