ROLE SCOPE * Drive programs across the production engineering org: fleet tooling rollouts, reliability initiatives, and cross-site standards. * Run the cadence between production engineering, data center operations, and software teams so fixes ship fleet-wide instead of site by site. * Own escalations from live sites through root cause to closed corrective action. * Build the reporting that tells leadership where the fleet actually stands. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would. * You've run technical programs across infrastructure or operations engineering teams. * You've taken incidents to root cause and driven the fix across every affected system. * You keep a dozen workstreams moving and know which one is about to slip. * You're fluent enough technically to challenge an engineer's estimate and be right sometimes. * You write the update leadership actually reads. * Bonus: Data center or fleet operations.
