You will help shape a high-growth, high-impact organization by hiring the people engineering the future of space security. You'll be on the front lines of talent acquisition, identifying and recruiting the engineers who are actively building our flagship spacecraft (Jackal), developing our advanced ground software platform (Mosaic), and creating next-generation space-based interceptors, payloads, and critical components for active programs. We deliver space superiority so the U.S. can operate freely in orbit, blending hardware and software in a way few companies can. In this role, you will partner with deeply technical leaders, hire exceptional engineering talent, and influence processes that scale. You'll have unparalleled visibility into cutting-edge space defense technology and work directly with the engineering minds solving some of the most complex challenges in the space domain.
