JOB SUMMARY Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate. Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a few qualified technicians for a TEMPORARY position performing apartment and townhome maintenance. We are looking for temp help in Greensburg, North Versailles, and the South Hills. These positions will last approximately 1 month to 3 months (could extend longer if needed and/or convert to FTE). Pay and Benefits * $19-24/hour, paid weekly * Scheduled Monday–Friday, with shifts of 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., as assigned, with an additional on-call rotation * Mileage reimbursement * Paid Time Off * Overtime eligible * PPE supplied RESPONSIBILITIES * Grounds upkeep and common area maintenance (may occasionally involve cleaning) * Turnovers/make-readies * Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC * Preventative maintenance * Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate Requirements * Eligible to work in the United States * Valid driver’s license * Personal, reliable mode of transportation * Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance * Safely utilize power tools * Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases Skills * Well-rounded skill set in building maintenance Work Style * Servant hearted * Team player who can work independently * Comfortable working within established processes * Strong commitment to timely and accurate work * Best-in-class customer service BIRGO’S VALUES * Teamwork, Humility, Rhinocerality, Integrity, Vision, Excellence MORE ABOUT BIRGO We take care of our hardworking team by providing opportunities for professional growth, paying attention to holistic staff needs, and celebrating life together.
