Pre-Payroll Specialist at JustMarkets

RESPONSIBILITIES * Daily monitor logs and system activity to ensure alignment with our policies. * Conduct regular audits and behavioral pattern analysis to detect potential fraud. * Audit and verify all logged overtime, night shifts, and offset balances prior to payout approval. * Timely prepare, format, and deliver clean, audited reports (worked hours, overtimes, adjustments) to the accounting team. * Configure and maintain internal system logic, including work schedules, global holiday calendars, time-rounding rules, and approval policies. * Monitor and enforce compliance with regional labor laws regarding maximum working hours, mandatory breaks, and overtime limits across all operating hubs. * Resolve employee and manager support tickets, system technical glitches, and policy guidelines within defined SLAs. Requirements * * At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Pre-Payroll administration, HR operations, internal audit, or payroll support. * Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation). * Proven experience managing HRIS and ticketing systems (e.g., PeopleForce, Jira). * Strong background in data analytics, ticket management, and operating within strict SLA baselines. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or a related field * Intermediate level of English (written and spoken). * Extreme attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards WILL BE A PLUS * Background in internal audit, fraud detection, or cross-border labor law compliance is a strong plus WE OFFER * 20 paid vacation days per year * 10 paid sick leave days per year * Public holidays as per the company’s approved Public holiday list * Medical insurance * Opportunity to work remotely * Professional education budget * Language learning budget * Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)
