If so, please read on!   The TN LTSS Program Manager is responsible for the management of the residential, employment, and community services provided to Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities under the Tennessee Home and Community Based/Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Medicaid program.  This includes but is not limited to the staffing, safety, and health components of all HCBS services.  The position directly supervises employees providing direct services and support within the Managed Care, Medicaid, and Waiver system.  Some key responsibilities: * Provide operational leadership for HCBS/LTSS services, ensuring high-quality, person-centered supports and compliance with organizational, state, and TennCare requirements. * Supervise, coach, and develop staff through regular meetings, performance evaluations, training oversight, and accountability measures. * Ensure accurate, timely documentation, billing compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards. * Monitor program performance through quality assurance, service utilization, documentation, stakeholder satisfaction, and census growth metrics. * Oversee critical incident reporting and ensure required follow-up actions are completed in accordance with state regulations and agency policies. * Conduct regular visits to service locations to monitor quality, compliance, and operational effectiveness. * Build and maintain collaborative relationships with individuals served, families, guardians, referral sources, MCOs, DDA representatives, and community partners. * Support recruitment, retention, and development of qualified staff while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture. * Represent the organization professionally at meetings, trainings, conferences, and community events. * Promote continuous quality improvement by supporting innovative service models, operational efficiencies, and enhanced participant outcomes. * Demonstrate a commitment to dignity, inclusion, and respect for individuals with disabilities while upholding the organization's mission, values, and person-centered philosophy.   ABOUT THE CHARLES LEA CENTER At the Charles Lea Center, we believe that every person should have the right to have a meaningful life - whether they have a disability or not - by providing an array of supports that respect the uniqueness of each person. For additional information about our organization, please go to our website at www.charleslea.org.   Minimum Qualifications:  Associate's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or program management experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred. In lieu of a degree, candidates with five (5) to seven (7) years of progressively responsible leadership, supervisory, program management, HCBS, LTSS, IDD, or related human services experience will be considered. Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, HCBS, LTSS, or other Medicaid-funded services. Knowledge of person-centered practices, service planning, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Working knowledge of Tennessee DDA programs, Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), Employment and Community First (ECF) CHOICES, and HCBS service delivery preferred. Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, manage operational performance, and maintain stakeholder relationships. Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of vehicle insurance.
