WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: * Dual EEC Teacher Certification required (Infant/Toddler and Preschool) * Experience working with toddlers, preschool-aged children, or in an early childhood education setting preferred * EEC Teacher Certification (or ability to obtain certification) preferred for Massachusetts candidates * Passion for supporting children's growth, development, and learning through play-based experiences * Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment * Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, families, and team members * Dependable, positive, and collaborative approach to working with others * Ability to observe, supervise, and actively engage with children throughout the day * Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices preferred * Ability to meet state licensing, background check, and employment requirements * High School Diploma or equivalent required; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus Our most successful teachers are patient, caring, and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy being active, building meaningful relationships, and helping children learn through exploration and play.
