With our anticipated growth, we’re searching for a passionate Total Rewards & Talent Programs Leader to join and grow with our team.     POSITION OVERVIEW The Total Rewards & Talent Programs Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling the company's total rewards and talent management strategies across both field and corporate populations. This role owns the end-to-end employee value proposition, ensuring compensation, benefits, career growth, performance, and talent development programs are aligned to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The ideal candidate will create a balanced rewards philosophy that combines competitive compensation and bonus programs with long-term growth opportunities while driving employee engagement, performance, and organizational success.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TOTAL REWARDS * Own the strategy, design, and administration of compensation, benefits, salary structures, and incentive programs. * Lead market benchmarking, annual compensation planning, and pay governance. * Ensure rewards programs support attraction, retention, and performance goals. TALENT & PERFORMANCE * Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and promotion processes. * Design scalable career frameworks and development programs for field and corporate employees. * Partner with leaders on workforce planning and talent development strategies. EMPLOYEE GROWTH & EXPERIENCE * Create an integrated employee experience that aligns rewards, performance, and career growth. * Drive programs that strengthen engagement, retention, and organizational performance. ANALYTICS & LEADERSHIP * Measure program effectiveness through workforce and compensation analytics. * Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership on talent and rewards investments. * Partner cross-functionally to build scalable programs that support company growth.     QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field. * 5+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards and Talent Programs in a fast pace startup environment. * Experience designing and building compensation structures, incentive programs, and career frameworks for high volume hourly employee populations. * Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking and workforce planning. * Experience partnering with executive leaders on talent and organizational strategies. * Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
