Our employees are passionate about transforming the healthcare space by building the only homecare ecosystem that fully connects patients, personal care providers, managed care organizations, and states.   The Trading Partner Solutions Manager is a hybrid, client-facing role responsible for driving strategic engagement, solution adoption and growth with our Trading Partners. Building on analytical insights, this role emphasizes proactive partnership, customer journey mapping and the development of tailored growth strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management skills with the ability to translate data and technical capabilities into meaningful business outcomes. This individual will work closely with various trading partners, such as clearinghouses, third-party EVV vendors, payers, providers, and state aggregators. This role will set the standard for how HHAeXchange works with Trading Partners. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Trading Partners, the ideal candidate can interpret complex datasets and communicate clear, actionable business recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. This is a hybrid position, with an expectation to report to the Bloomington, MN office 3 days/week (typically Tues/Wed/Thurs).  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES  Client Engagement and Relationship Management * Acts as the primary relationship manager for assigned trading partners, developing trust and serving as strategic advisor. * Lead regular client meetings and monthly/quarterly business reviews, developing and presenting data-driven insights and growth recommendations that inform partner strategy. * Translate partner business needs into technical and operational solutions that align with company capabilities. Insights and Solutions Delivery * Leverage performance data and market insights to inform client performance strategy and recommendations. * Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion based on client needs and market trends. * Partner with Product and Internal cross functional teams to align solutions with partner roadmap and growth strategies. * Provide actionable recommendations that help partners optimize processes, improve adoption, and achieve business goals.   Solutions & Technical Support * Act as a subject matter expert on partner workflows and solution offerings. * Oversee resolution of partner issues in coordination with Product, Operations, and Technical teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Internal Collaboration & Strategy * Represent the “voice of the partner” to internal teams, ensuring feedback informs product and process improvements. * Collaborate with internal teams in developing scalable tools, templates, and processes to improve partner engagement. * Build strong, lasting relationships with partners, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, including Revenue Cycle Operations, Product, Engineering, and Technical Customer Care. * Assist when needed with the trading partner onboarding process, ensuring new partners are seamlessly integrated and equipped with the necessary resources and information. * Maintain trading partner accounts in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of vendor relationships and operational metrics. * Expand trading partner knowledge base. OTHER JOB DUTIES * Other duties as assigned by supervisor or HHAeXchange leader. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS * Travel 10%-25%, including overnight travel REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS AND SKILLS * 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as account management, analyst, solutions or technical account management role. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with company goals. * Basic understanding of healthcare technology, data interoperability, or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. * Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as the 21st Century CURES Act or Medicaid revenue cycle (a plus but not required). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, etc.) * Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools (e.g. SalesForce, Gainsight) a plus The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $95,000 - $100,000, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values. This is a benefits-eligible position.
