THE ROLE As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll take responsibility for building and managing your own network of specialist candidates while supporting the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement. You'll: * Identify, attract and engage high-quality candidates * Build and maintain strong professional relationships * Develop and manage your own network of candidates and industry professionals * Guide candidates through the recruitment process * Manage candidate pipelines and keep information accurate and organised * Develop specialist knowledge within your market * Work closely with colleagues to deliver successful recruitment solutions * Proactively identify new opportunities to grow your network and results * Build your reputation as a trusted recruitment professional WHO THRIVES HERE?
