START SOMETHING EXTRAORDINARY… We're looking for a Training Associate to help take the company's barista and shift lead training to the next level. In this role, you'll support new team members from onboarding through accreditation, coaching them in-store and partnering closely with Operations to build confident, capable teams that deliver exceptional coffee and hospitality. You'll help drive training results by identifying opportunities for improvement, creating action plans with Operations, and sharing feedback from the field to strengthen our training programs, processes, and standards.…
