Business Development Enablement * Partner with the Director of Market Sectors, market-sector leads, Client Experience, Finance, and seller-doers to align CRM capabilities with Anchor QEA’s growth priorities. * Develop tools and processes that allow seller-doers to spend less time on administration and more time building relationships and winning work. * Connect conferences, thought leadership, campaigns, and client outreach to related opportunities, pipeline, and sales. * Improve visibility into client interactions, relationship coverage, sales calls, next actions, and opportunity progression. Training, Adoption, and Continuous Improvement * Develop role-based CRM onboarding and training for executives, market-sector leaders, client coordinators, opportunity leads, seller-doers, and support teams. * Create practical user guides, videos, process documentation, office hours, and best-practice resources. * Provide day-to-day user support and address recurring issues through improved configuration, automation, documentation, or training. * Gather user feedback and use adoption and data-completion metrics to target additional support. * Maintain a prioritized CRM roadmap aligned with Anchor QEA’s business plan, financial-planning needs, and technology strategy. * Lead CRM improvement projects from requirements gathering and configuration through testing, deployment, training, and evaluation.   What Are We Looking For?
