Position Overview The Upgrade Specialist is responsible for engaging our service customers — identifying vehicle equity opportunities, presenting upgrade offers, and scheduling appointments for in-person evaluations. You’ll work closely with our sales and service teams to help customers move into newer models while strengthening retention and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Call and follow up with current service customers to review potential upgrade opportunities * Present personalized trade-in and upgrade options based on customer equity and current incentives * Schedule in-store appointments for equity evaluations and test drives * Maintain consistent and professional communication with customers via phone, text, and email * Utilize CRM tools to track all interactions and ensure timely follow-up * Collaborate with service advisors, BDC, and sales managers to coordinate customer handoffs * Stay informed on current Chevrolet inventory, rebates, and financing programs Qualifications * Automotive BDC, internet sales, or service department experience preferred * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Professional Appearance * Strong phone and digital communication etiquette * Comfortable with CRM systems and sales tracking tools * Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) plan * Paid vacation and holidays * Ongoing Chevrolet and dealership training * Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding dealership Why Join Celebration Chevrolet?
