Position Overview The RN – Utilization Review / Patient Care Coordinator plays a critical role in care coordination, overseeing both Utilization Review and the Swing Bed (Transitional Care) Program. This position ensures appropriate resource utilization, regulatory compliance, and safe, efficient transitions of care for patients.
