Job Summary The job holder will be responsible for defining and executing VUZ VAS product strategy. He/she will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and manage VAS offerings that add significant value to the app customer base and contribute to the business growth.   Responsibilities * VAS Product Strategy: * Develop and execute a comprehensive VAS product strategy aligned with company goals and industry trends. * Identify and prioritize VAS opportunities and enhancements based on market research and customer feedback. * Define clear product roadmaps, goals, and KPIs.   * Product Development: * Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for VAS offerings. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches. * Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments for new VAS initiatives.   * Customer-Centric Approach: * Gather customer insights through research, surveys, and feedback to inform VAS product enhancements. * Define and communicate the value proposition of VAS products to different customer segments. * Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.   * Competitive Analysis: * Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings in the VAS space. * Conduct competitive analyses to identify opportunities and threats. * Position our VAS products effectively in the market.   * Marketing and Promotion: * Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing plans that drive VAS product awareness and adoption. * Develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and campaigns to support VAS product launches. * Participate in product-related marketing events and presentations.   * Performance Monitoring: * Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of VAS products. * Analyze data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and iterate on product improvements. * Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management. Requirements   * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field (Master's degree preferred). * Proven experience in product management, specifically with VAS products in the telecommunication or related industries. * Strong understanding of VAS technologies, market dynamics, and customer needs. * Exceptional project management and organizational skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
