In this role, you will contribute to market development, support commercial success, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the vascular field. Your Tasks include: * Develop and execute local marketing strategies and product launches in alignment with EMEA Marketing and Local Sales Management. * Manage the product lifecycle across assigned markets. * Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. * Support revenue, pricing and commercial strategies in collaboration with Sales. * Create and localize marketing and sales materials for the local market. * Plan and deliver customer events, product trainings and educational programs. * Organize and support participation in congresses, symposia and other scientific meetings. * Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and scientific societies. * Partner closely with Sales by providing commercial tools, training and field support. * Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand, regulatory and quality standards. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * 5+ years of experience in the medical device industry. * Experience in the endovascular field with a strong understanding of the market, key stakeholders and customer landscape. * Background in marketing, product management, sales or clinical roles. * Experience with product launches, market analysis and competitive research. * Experience building and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). * Strategic mindset with strong business acumen. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Collaborative, proactive, adaptable and well-organized working style with the ability to prioritize effectively. * Willingness to travel up to 80%.
