Bond Vet is on a mission to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care. We offer primary and urgent care, so we’re there for pets when they need us most. In July 2026, Bond Vet and Small Door Veterinary merged  to build a more connected, accessible, and compassionate veterinary care experience across routine, primary, and urgent care. The combined organization will span more than 55 clinics across major Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest markets, serving over half a million pets.  This role will play an important part in shaping the next chapter of our combined organization and advancing our shared mission to transform veterinary care. ----------------------------------------   Associate Veterinarian $150,000 - $180,000 plus production Why Join Bond Vet? You'll work with your clinic, regional, and national medical leaders to come up with a development plan that meets your goals.  * Interested in advancing your dentistry skills? We'll prioritize attendance at our dental training labs in our national training center.  * Want to say yes to that client that needs a cystotomy performed on their pet? What We’re Looking For * Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent) * State licensure that is in good standing OR eligibility for such licensure * At least 1 year of experience practicing as a Veterinarian in a clinical setting. * If you have less than 1 year of experience please review our Early Career Program here. * A passion for Bond Vet’s mission to provide a superior vet experience for both patients and employees.  * The ability to multi-task with a high degree of integrity and accountability. * A collaborative mindset.
