Video Editor Job Description AnchorzUp is seeking a talented Video Editor with strong graphic design abilities to create compelling visual content that brings our brand and our clients' stories to life across social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional who can move fluidly between video editing and graphic design, producing polished, on-brand content that drives engagement and supports broader content and marketing strategies. What you will do: * Record, edit, and produce high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and internal use. * Create motion graphics, animations, 3D visuals, graphics, thumbnails, and other branded visual assets. * Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts and ensure alignment with brand messaging. * Maintain consistency in visual style, storytelling, and brand identity across all content. * Enhance videos with captions, sound design, transitions, and effects to improve engagement. * Build reusable templates and motion systems to improve production efficiency and consistency. * Research visual trends, platform best practices, and emerging tools to keep content fresh and effective. * Manage multiple creative projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time. * Organize media libraries and maintain structured project files and assets. * Use AI-powered creative tools to improve workflows, creativity, and production quality. What you will bring: * Proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design, preferably for social media, marketing campaigns, or digital platforms. * Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar creative software. * Strong visual storytelling skills, with a good understanding of composition, pacing, sound, transitions, animation, and brand consistency. * Experience creating and adapting content for formats such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, YouTube Shorts, websites, and paid campaigns. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative projects and deliver high-quality work on time. * A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to collaborate with marketing and design teams and respond constructively to feedback. Nice to have: * Experience creating 3D visuals, advanced motion graphics, or reusable animation and video templates. * Experience creating content for B2B brands, technology companies, or digital products. * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film, Communications, or a related field, or an exceptional portfolio demonstrating equivalent experience.
