THE ROLE We're looking for a sharp, instinctive Video Editor to transform influencer livestreams and UGC into thumb-stopping 15–30 second ads that perform across paid social channels.     WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Cut influencer and UGC footage into punchy short-form ads for TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and beyond * Own the edit from brief to delivery—music selection, pacing, transitions, and platform formatting * Add motion graphics where needed: titles, CTA overlays, pop-ups, and slick text treatments * Bring your own creative flavour to even the most underwhelming brief * Leverage AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Veo) to enhance and accelerate your workflow * Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and freelance resources to hit deadlines without dropping quality     WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Video editing experience in a commercial or performance marketing environment * Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite—Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop—and DaVinci Resolve * A reel that shows clean cuts, sharp pacing, and genuine creative instinct * Solid motion graphics ability: text treatments, brand overlays, transitions * Familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools and an appetite to keep evolving your workflow * A genuine sense of humour—bonus points if it shows up in your edits     WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT You'll have real creative freedom across a growing portfolio of brands, and your work will drive measurable results from day one.
