Ready to build this journey together? Your story starts here! About the Role We are currently looking for a motivated VIP Account Manager to join our Marketing team. Responsibilities: * Driving profitability for our online casino and sports platforms by fostering long-term relationships with VIP players. * Managing a portfolio of VIP accounts to boost loyalty and maximize their value. * Monitoring player activity and betting behavior to ensure a positive customer experience. * Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless support through a shift-based, rotating schedule. * Providing frontline support for VIP players. * Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and implement exclusive promotions. * Liaising with Risk, Payments, and Legal teams to resolve customer issues promptly. Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the i-gaming industry. * Demonstrated experience in driving commercial value through campaign strategies and bonus awards. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; familiarity with German language will be considered a plus. * Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. * Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills. * Able to display a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
