QUALIFICATIONS: * Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction * Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients * Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner * Ability to provide friendly customer support and solutions-driven service * Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks * Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use customer support tools and platforms * Prior experience in the travel industry or related roles is an advantage but not required.
