Most of our customers are practitioners who care for patients all day and then run a small business around their clinical hours. As a Virtual Receptionist, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line for a group of these clinics. You'll answer calls from patients, book and update appointments in the company in real time, and work closely with our Virtual Assistants so every question gets answered and every follow-up lands where it should.
