What You’ll Do: * Manage open roles and coordinate with hiring managers * Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews * Handle background checks, drug screenings, and offer letters in the ATS * Track hiring progress and recruiting expenses * Create reports and assist with HR projects as needed What We’re Looking For: * 2+ years recruiting experience (required) * Familiarity with online recruiting, job boards, ATS/HRIS * Strong communication skills (phone, email, video) * Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and creative for hard-to-fill roles * Bachelor’s degree preferred Work Setup: * Full-time, Monday–Friday, night shift * Must have a computer with webcam and a smartphone Compensation: * Salary TBD at offer * Bonus pay available
