We are looking for a talented designer who is passionate about creating high-quality visual work and collaborating closely with different teams across the business. The role is full-time and office based in Limassol, Cyprus. Responsibilities * Develop high-quality visual content across multiple platforms (web, print, digital, social media, presentations, etc.) * Collaborate with cross-functional teams as part of the marketing team (product, UX/UI, and developers) * Contribute to concept development and visual storytelling * Maintain and evolve brand guidelines Requirements  * 3+ years of relevant experience working as a Graphic, Visual, or Web Designer * Strong portfolio showcasing design work across a range of media * Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and experience with AI tools. 3D software is a plus * Familiarity with branding, web design, marketing design, and digital advertising formats * Industry-specific experience in fintech is a plus * Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Interview steps 1.
