The most successful candidate will have an authentic passion for great restaurant concepts, and a record of success in hospitality. With us, you will never be bored. You will be involved in the whole creation of CECI from start to finish: preparing the restaurant for a great night, welcoming & hosting guests, and creating an A++ guest experience. The candidate must be a true ambassador of the Aethos brand.     ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Make our guests feel at ease and create a great experience * Preparation of the restaurant and evening service * Preparing all necessary mise-en-place * Evening Service where everything works: from receipt to the payment request. * Closing of the restaurant * Clean agreed designated areas, in accordance with laid-down procedures, morning/evening routines, and hygiene requirements. CORE COMPETENCIES: * Fluent in English & Italian is a must * 2+ years of hospitality experience is a plus * Must be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in general * Flexible schedule - long hours and regular evening event coverage is common * Ability to make thoughtful decisions and give constructive criticism * Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by guests * Maintains regular attendance in compliance with Aethos Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel * Comply with Aethos Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations * Maximizes efforts towards productivity, identifies problem areas, and assists in implementing solutions * Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times We are very much looking forward to your application.
