Established in 1973, Autograph is a world leading hire, sales and installation company delivering exceptional, high quality audio-visual experiences to a growing range of industries. Autograph adapts the skills learned from its long history in theatre and applies the same uncompromising creative approach to all our projects from schools to churches, and from theatres to blue chip corporations.  We have recently moved to our new 47k sq foot warehouse in West London and continue to enjoy a sustained period of growth. Job Description: We are seeking a motivated, highly organised individual to work alongside the Operations Management team and take the lead on our warehouse and logistics administration. Working closely with both warehouse and technical teams, and reporting to the Operations Director, you will help ensure internal and external deadlines are met, and that the warehouse and equipment preparation spaces remain organised and efficient.   This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their technical knowledge while using their organisational and communication skills to support the smooth running of Autograph Sound’s Technical and Warehouse Operations.   Initial interviews will be held in the week commencing 27th July, and candidates should be available to start in early September. There will be an in-depth handover period of two to four weeks.     Key Responsibilities: * Plan deliveries and collections using Autograph’s in-house drivers and vehicles. * Plan deliveries and collections using third-party logistics providers, same-day couriers and parcel couriers, both domestically and internationally. * Administer bookings and purchase orders for casual and freelance warehouse staff, crew and drivers. * Work alongside Operations Team Leaders to ensure equipment prep spaces are well maintained and prep periods run smoothly. * Work alongside Operations Team Leaders to ensure inbound and outbound equipment moves efficiently and that adequate space and resource is allocated. * Assist with final checks and respond to last-minute additions on smaller dry hire or sub-hire work. * Work alongside Technical Support to ensure faulty equipment is collected and booked in correctly, and that replacements are delivered in a timely manner. * Help maintain organised, clean and efficient warehouse, prep and loading bay areas, working collaboratively with other departments. * Continuously develop and optimise existing workflows and procedures to maximise efficiency.   Essential: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment and an awareness of project and time management tools such as Trello and Monday. * The ability to focus and prioritise in a busy work environment. * The ability to collaborate effectively and respond quickly to last-minute changes. * A willingness to develop technical knowledge and understanding of audio technology used in theatre and live events. Desirable: * Previous experience in a similar operations or logistics administration role. * Previous experience in any role in live events, theatre or a similar technical or production environment.   What we offer: * £28,000 - £30,000. * Workplace pension scheme. * 20 days’ annual leave, increasing to 25 days after five years, plus Bank Holidays. * Performance-related bonus scheme for all employees. * Free lunch and refreshments. * Salary sacrifice scheme for electric vehicles.
