Job Descriptions:  * To achieve target level of sort efficiency and sort throughput speed  * Maintain an efficient warehouse team, in carrying out relevant sort functions  * Using data and physical checks, ensure warehouse sort target efficiency is achieved * Troubleshoot operational issues as they arise  * Coordinate instructions passed down from the other departments to your respective warehouse team.  * Schedule workload equally to the team members  * Coordinated the loading and unloading of trucks  * Keep the warehouse area safe, clean and organized through regular inspection * Self-motivation and the ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision * To ensure no damage to item during loading/unloading.  * Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.  * Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.  REQUIREMENT:  * Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.  * At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Logistic/ Warehouse experience will be considered.  * Candidate must be prepared to manage and discipline drivers, preferably Junior * Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
