What You'll Bring * 5 to 7 years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a closely related field. * Advanced experience with Google Analytics or a comparable web analytics platform. * Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, formulas, and data manipulation. * Strong understanding of website engagement, conversion rates, click-through rates, customer journeys, and funnel analysis. * Demonstrated experience designing and evaluating A/B tests. * Working knowledge of statistical concepts, including significance, confidence intervals, sample size, and statistical power. * Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches. * Experience supporting marketing, growth, ecommerce, or web experience teams. * Ability to transform raw data into concise, actionable recommendations. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tell a clear story through data. * Ability to independently prioritize work across multiple stakeholders and concurrent requests. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with FullStory or another behavioral or session-analytics platform. * Proficiency with SQL and experience querying large datasets. * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or another business-intelligence platform. * Experience with Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, Ninetailed, or a comparable experimentation platform. * Familiarity with SEO analytics, ecommerce analytics, or authenticated customer experiences. * Experience analyzing web-generated leads and sales-funnel performance. * Experience supporting technology, developer-focused, or similarly complex digital products.
