Workday Prism Specialist     PRIMARY SKILLS * Business Analyst, Project Management JOB REQUIREMENTS * Required Qualifications Education * • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Experience • 4+ years of experience developing Workday integrations. • 2+ years of experience with middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or similar platforms. • Experience implementing enterprise application integrations in large-scale environments. Technical Skills • Workday Studio • EIB • Core Connectors • Workday Web Services (SOAP & REST APIs) • XML, XSLT, JSON • REST APIs • SOAP APIs • SFTP/File-based integrations • SQL and data analysis skills • Version control systems (Git preferred) Integration Knowledge Experience integrating Workday with systems such as: • Salesforce • Active Directory/Azure AD • Payroll providers • Benefits providers • Financial systems • Data warehouses and reporting platforms *  Key Competencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Strong documentation skills • Continuous learning mindset • Customer-focused approach
