What you’ll do: As a Working Student in Sales Operations & Campaign Management (m/w/d) you will work closely with Campaign Managers and the Sales Ops Team to contribute to our goals! * Leads: Help identifying and qualifying new lead potential with the help of AI and continuously improve lead data quality in close collaboration with the Sales and CRM team * Reporting: Support in the preparation of key data and analysis related to campaigns, using Salesforce and Excel * Data quality: Assist in data cleansing of Salesforce campaigns to ensure reporting quality What you should bring:  * Passion for working with data and uncovering insights through analysis. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a collaborative mindset. * A structured, reliable, and goal-oriented approach to your work. * A high level of initiative and the ability to work independently while taking ownership of your tasks. * Curiosity about digital technologies and hands-on interest in AI and modern online tools. * Good Excel skills and confidence working with data. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
