Location: Spain, Barcelona (Office 3 Days, Home 2 Days) Languages required: Native Level GERMAN speaker & Fluent Level English Segment: Commercial Sales (New Logos - acquiring new customers) Role Overview This role focuses on new customer acquisition within the Commercial DACH segment. The successful candidate will engage new and prospective customers operating in complex business environments, delivering innovative solutions to address business process, data management and AI management & governance challenges. Must-Haves Experience & Background * Minimum two years of software sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals (not selling events, services, or hardware) * Prior experience as Account Executive with direct quota/revenue responsibility (not an Account Manager role focused solely on existing customer maintenance) * Prior experience working within the DACH market, preferably selling into Bavaria & Austria Executive Engagement * Demonstrated experience engaging and communicating with C-level executives * Ability to lead and run onsite meetings with C-level stakeholders Strategic Territory Management * Proven ability to strategically build and manage a territory * Experience collaborating with channel partners, SDRs, and marketing teams * Demonstrated ability to self-generate pipeline / outbound prospecting * Leveraging AI tools such as e.g. Claude to conduct research, account plans, customer presentations and competitive advantages Sales Approach * Ability to position and build opportunities as part of a strategic platform sale * Consultative, value-driven sales approach Key Responsibilities * Serve as a trusted business advisor to C-level audiences, leveraging deep knowledge of Boomi technology, products, and services to shape customer strategy and direction * Apply strategic probing techniques to identify, evaluate, design, and propose tailored business solutions * Design appropriate post-sale implementation plans * Analyze market factors to anticipate and identify customer needs, recommending suitable solutions * Engage cross-functional resources to achieve goals and meet customer objectives * Develop and execute account plans that drive attainment of key business objectives * Build customer confidence through demonstrated expertise, professionalism, and reliability throughout the sales cycle Required Experience & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * 2+ years of relationship-selling experience * Native or Bi-lingual (C1) level of German language * MEDDPICC sales methodology experience preferred * Ability to accurately forecast future sales * Track record executing pipeline and bookings growth strategies * Ability to track and report on critical sales and account metrics #LI-TS1 Be Bold.
