WHAT YOU'LL DO: Client Relationship Management: * Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. * Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships to ensure customer loyalty. * Act as a liaison between the client and the company to address any concerns or needs. Sales Growth: * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue. * Develop account strategies to meet sales targets. * Monitor client accounts to ensure they are using services effectively and identify expansion opportunities. Customer Success & Retention: * Ensure clients are satisfied with the company’s products or services. * Conduct regular check-ins and resolve issues promptly. * Focus on client retention by delivering value and maintaining engagement. Problem Solving: * Address any issues clients face and work with internal teams to provide solutions. * Advocate for the client’s needs within the company. Collaboration: * Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and hand off relationships. * Coordinate with marketing, product, and support teams to meet client expectations. Reporting and Analysis: * Provide regular updates to management on account status and key metrics. * Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform strategies.
