Manage, grow and own a portfolio of client accounts across global markets, ensuring strong day-to-day coverage and follow-up. Be 100% accountable of results obtained within your portfolio. Build and maintain positive client relationships by understanding their needs and coordinating timely solutions. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services, working closely with the Sales and Partnerships teams. Collaborate with internal teams to support the successful delivery of dLocal’s solutions and resolve operational or commercial matters. Monitor account performance, prepare relevant updates and help identify opportunities to improve client experience and business results. Develop a solid understanding of the payments industry and the markets relevant to the assigned portfolio. Support account plans, business reviews and other initiatives aimed at driving client retention and growth. Drive client meetings, QBRs, industry events and professional networking activities as needed. WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED? 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success or a related commercial role, preferably in a technology, payments or fintech company. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders. Commercial mindset and interest in identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple accounts, projects and deadlines with attention to detail. Analytical approach and willingness to use data to understand account performance and support decision-making. Proactive, collaborative and customer-oriented attitude, with a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus. Ability and willingness to travel internationally when needed. What do we offer?
