AGENCY SALES ADVISOR | BEN SMITH AGENCY | FARMERS INSURANCE Culver City, CA TURN YOUR SALES ABILITY INTO A LONG-TERM CAREER If you're confident talking with people, motivated by goals, and want a career where your performance directly impacts your earning potential, the Ben Smith Agency, a Farmers Insurance agency in Culver City, is looking for an Agency Sales Advisor to join the team. This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys building relationships, following up with opportunities, and working toward measurable results. Insurance experience is a plus, but we're also interested in candidates who have proven themselves in sales, banking, automotive, retail, hospitality, or other performance-driven environments. You'll receive training, coaching, and the resources to build your insurance knowledge while developing a long-term career. WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE As an Agency Sales Advisor, you'll work directly with prospective and existing clients to help them understand their insurance options and find coverage that fits their needs.
