WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Agent in Training, you will: * Build relationships with prospective clients through referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and outbound outreach. * Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions. * Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products. * Develop long-term client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing policy reviews. * Work toward individual and agency sales goals while continuing to grow your skills. * Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer communication using agency CRM systems. * Stay current on Farmers Insurance products and industry best practices. * Collaborate with your team to help drive agency growth. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented. * Comfortable speaking with new people and building lasting relationships. * Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
