WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Insurance Sales Trainee, you will: * Build relationships with new and existing clients. * Help individuals, families, and business owners find insurance solutions that fit their needs. * Generate new business through referrals, networking, agency leads, and outbound outreach. * Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products. * Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale. * Work toward individual and team sales goals. * Manage client relationships using our CRM system. * Continue developing your sales and insurance knowledge through ongoing training. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Sales, customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, or other client-facing experience preferred. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Comfortable talking with new people and building lasting relationships. * Coachable and eager to learn. * Organized with strong time management skills. * Insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain one with our support. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
