Main tasks and responsibilities: * Deliver architectural design and prepare detailed technical drawings. * Prepare and review construction documentation ensuring compliance with regulations. * Conduct research on site conditions, regulations, materials, and systems throughout project stages. * Write specifications of materials and construction methods. * Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Main Contractors, After Sales, and Marketing teams for smooth project delivery. * Handle diverse tasks including detailing, graphic presentations, site coordination, and reporting. * Lead project sub-packages and mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative studio culture. * Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and building codes through professional development activities. Requirements for the position: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. * Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience. * Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D software, Adobe tools for presentation and documentation, MS Office, and BIM experience is a plus (Revit) * Fluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken). * In-depth knowledge of local planning laws and building regulations. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to manage time independently and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
