Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a proactive and analytical Senior Architect to join our Development Team in Limassol, Cyprus. Main tasks and responsibilities: * Lead the design and preparation of architectural drawings and construction details. * Review client feedback and market requirements, making necessary design adjustments. * Develop and present alternative design solutions to clients. * Oversee the preparation of sales and marketing materials for projects. * Conduct design verification and ensure compliance with architectural standards. * Collaborate closely with internal teams, managers, and clients to achieve project goals. * Provide design expertise and quality control support throughout the construction process. * Coordinate with external consultants, ensuring alignment during design and construction phases. Requirements for the position: * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (5-year program), registered with ETEK. * Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and MS Office. * Experience with BIM software (e.g., Archicad, Revit) is a strong advantage. * Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural design and construction within a similar role. * Fluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken). * Extensive knowledge of planning and building permit procedures across jurisdictions in Cyprus. * Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to residential and commercial development in Cyprus. * Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
