It makes a difference!  What you will do * Develop, maintain, and support backend applications and services using Java and Spring Boot; * Contribute to the development of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integrations under the guidance of senior team members; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs; * Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives; * Monitor application performance and help troubleshoot issues in production and non-production environments; * Follow engineering best practices related to code quality, testing, documentation, and automation; * Contribute to CI/CD processes and support cloud-native and containerized applications using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes; * Continuously learn and apply new technologies, tools, and development practices.   We are looking for people with: * University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Experience or academic projects involving backend development with Java; * Knowledge of RESTful APIs and object-oriented programming principles; * Familiarity with Spring Framework technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or Spring Security; * Understanding of software development fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns; * Knowledge of software testing concepts such as unit and integration testing; * Exposure to cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, or DevOps practices is a plus; * Experience working on team projects, internships, trainee programs, or Agile environments is a plus; * Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken; * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.   Who should apply?  * You're passionate about software development and eager to learn and grow your technical skills; * You're motivated by building solutions that create value and impact for users; * You're curious, proactive, and open to receiving feedback and mentoring; * You enjoy solving problems and continuously looking for ways to improve processes and applications; * You communicate effectively and collaborate well with teammates from different backgrounds; * You take ownership of your tasks and are committed to delivering high-quality work; * You're excited to work in a fast-paced environment and learn modern software engineering practices.
