With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for an Associate VO Producer to join the team on a 12 month contract and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect. RESPONSIBILITIES * Operating an in-house scheduling system to coordinate VO and Mocap bookings with a large cast and crew across multiple internal recording studios. * Penciling and confirming sessions, preparing scripts, raising purchase orders, reviewing invoices, organising contracts with the legal department. * Build and develop positive external relationships with talent agencies and freelance suppliers. * Collaborate with the casting team, prepare audition materials, collate feedback, maintain casting database, offer contracting and actor onboarding.  * Reviewing scripts and coordinating session prep materials for directors and studio crew.  * Learn the technical VO pipeline to understand the flow of recording assets and assist in troubleshooting any post-session issues.  REQUIREMENTS * Production experience in a VO, mocap, film / TV or post-production environment. * Experience with scheduling and project management software and the ability to quickly identify capacity problems and propose scheduling solutions. * The role will have a lot of external communication so excellent written and spoken skills are required.  * Confident working in spreadsheets and enthusiasm to learn new software and production tools  * Strong organizational skills and able to handle documentation as needed. * This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring your presence in the office to support collaboration and creativity NICE TO HAVES * Video / audio editing (e.g for preparing casting clips or video reference materials) * Experience in casting and actor contracting * Experience in asset management and post-production pipelines * Experience working with budgets and cost tracking  WHAT WE OFFER * An international team of over 500 employees spread across 7 studios around the world, each of which have their own unique qualities, and maintain a small-studio feel * An open, collaborative environment where ideas are welcome and encouraged * A managerial team consisting of highly experienced game developers at the top of their fields * Sharing hobbies and passions with like-minded colleagues * Inclusive environment with many activities organized by the studios or the employees * Commitment to making the best game possible for the fans, including listening to community feedback
